scribbled on the back of a journal article, a great conversation brought me to this conclusion last night
implications:
reality = utopia + anger
there is utopia inherent in reality, but it is overshadowed by anger
utopia = reality - anger
the way to restore utopia is to remove anger
anger = reality - utopia
anger is a function of reality (ie. the current state of the world)
note: the goal is not to reduce reality to 0, where we would cease to be, but to decrease reality back to utopia -> anger = utopia - utopia => 0 anger
